Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing y-minshu.org. I want to ensure you get your resources as smoothly as possible. This policy outlines how we handle the delivery of our books and what to do if you aren’t satisfied.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Physical Books:

  • Processing Time: All orders for physical copies are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
  • Estimated Delivery (UK): 3–5 business days via Royal Mail or equivalent courier.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days). Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by your country.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a tracking number (if applicable to the chosen shipping method).

Digital Products (eBooks):

  • Instant Delivery: eBooks are delivered via email immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • Access: If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder before contacting support.

2. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have specific rights regarding your purchases.

Physical Books:

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your book to notify me that you wish to return it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it (unmarked and in original packaging).
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged Items: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact [email protected] immediately with a photo of the damage, and I will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Digital Products (eBooks):

  • Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been sent.
  • Exceptions: If there is a technical defect with the file that prevents you from reading it, or if you purchased the same item twice by mistake, please contact me, and I will resolve the issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you change your mind about an order for a physical book, please contact me within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the book has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel the order, and the standard return process will apply.

4. How to Initiate a Return
